Biggest Loser: Week 1

Since I am feeling a little guilty about spamming the site with my meaningless daily entries, I decided to put the records of a week in one post.

I am currently really busy because schoolwork is demanding and exam is approaching.. :argh:


So my entries will probably with short and without photos.

Day 1 - failed :(
(See my previous post)

Day 2 - no progress :/

* Lays Cheddar Potato Chips (200kcal)
* Japanese Soba (330kcal)
* Kinder Choco Bons (225kca)

* KitKat Chocolate (200kcal)
-> Total: 955kcal

Day 3 - Still no progress :/

* Lays Cheddar Potato Chips (200kcal)
* Sausages (350kcal)
* Chocolate beans (85kcal)
* Boiled rice-flour noodles + 3 pieces of meat (330kcal)
* A slice of coffee-flavor egg roll cake (120kcal)

->Total: 1085kcal
- Walked for 45min



*I will have no time to exercise until next Friday :thumbdown:

Day 1 - Failed :sorry:


I was exhausted after a take-home exam over the past weekend so I stayed home all day.


Shortly after I woke up before I was fully conscious, I ate this for no reason.

Then my grandma came and made me eat 2 pieces of Shaomai

I studied a bit, which made me terribly bored.

Then, again, for no reason I ate about half of this.

What a devil. :devil:





I thought things could not be worse. However, mum brought me these at night.

5 small pieces of cookies from Mrs Fields :drool: (~250kcal?)



Total: ~1400kcal, which is more than my daily need.

:blush: I didn't exercise or even leave my house. I just sat there all day. :oops:

This is a disaster. :badmood:


I MUST AT LEAST LOSE SOME CALORIES TOMORROW!!!!

I MUST EXERCISE TOMORROW.

I HATE BEING FAT!!!

I WANT TO STOP HATING MYSELF!!! :angry: :angry: :angry:


By the way, is anyone going to do the workout from FitnessBlender?

I lack the motivation.

Hello guys. I am in the Biggest Loser Competition. I joined it because I have terribly low self-control. So if anyone can motivate or monitor me, it will be highly appreciated! :lol2:

My current weight: 118 pounds

Measurement:
Chest: 33

Waist: 27.5

Hip: 37 (<- the problem)

Thigh: 22.5 (<- the problem)

Lower leg: 14 (<- the problem)


I AM A VERY SHORT ASIAN GIRL. I am already a little overweight with that weight. :(


But the biggest problem is - I shape like A PEAR.


My Plan:


- Eat as little as possible.

(I am not setting a quote for myself because those numbers always stress me out. I always end up giving up the whole plan.)


- Exercising:


1) Workout from FitnessBlender (-500kcal/hour) or


2) Running for an hour (-350kcal/run)



I will be posting my daily food log and exercise record here. ;)

To be honest, I never succeeded in sticking to my weight-losing plan for more than a week.........

Hope this will not happen again! :angry
