Hello guys. I am in the Biggest Loser Competition. I joined it because I have terribly low self-control. So if anyone can motivate or monitor me, it will be highly appreciated! :lol2:

My current weight: 118 pounds

Measurement:
Chest: 33

Waist: 27.5

Hip: 37 (<- the problem)

Thigh: 22.5 (<- the problem)

Lower leg: 14 (<- the problem)


I AM A VERY SHORT ASIAN GIRL. I am already a little overweight with that weight. :(


But the biggest problem is - I shape like A PEAR.


My Plan:


- Eat as little as possible.

(I am not setting a quote for myself because those numbers always stress me out. I always end up giving up the whole plan.)


- Exercising:


1) Workout from FitnessBlender (-500kcal/hour) or


2) Running for an hour (-350kcal/run)



I will be posting my daily food log and exercise record here. ;)

To be honest, I never succeeded in sticking to my weight-losing plan for more than a week.........

Hope this will not happen again! :angry




Remember not to starve yourself. Portion moderation is really important, but you can't deprive yourself of what your body needs. Best of luck!

Yeah don't starve yourself, as long as you're eating the right foods and drinking plenty of water you should be fine. Go get yo sweat on girl :)

It's more wise if you eat well (healthy food like of raw/steamed vegetables/fruit) through all the day, making a light meal between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, than "eat as little as possible". Don't starve, please! :c

 

Don't go more than 3 hours without eating. At least a fruit or something.

Thanks for all your advice! I failed today because when I get bored, I eat. I can't even starve myself. :(

 

I just remember I got a machine that can turn fruits into yogurt/ice-cream without adding anything else. It may help!

I weigh twice as much and have Hip <- 29 inch

Lucky you :} This happens mostly to females. And unfortunately this is my biggest problem probably because I am always sitting :(
