My First Year, My First Blog! [My First Year and AC Confessions]

neocodex first year altador cup i regret nothing
Whoo, first blog! XD

I've been on Neocodex for a whole year!! I’d like to talk about my first year on Neocodex and playing in the Altador Cup for AC9.

Back in AC8, before I joined Neocodex, I became part of the ASG “Stealth.” I’m sure some of you are familiar with them. Anyways, I was invited to join their ranks and I accepted. Our goal was basically to grind and grind on the flash games until our daily quotas were met. As pumped as I was to be a part of this group, I eventually grew super tired from grinding, I had less devotion and even less time to devote to the AC.

Then I eventually heard of “Team Codex” on the forums, and how they (you) used score senders to rack up points in the AC. At first, I was like the typical whiner that hated cheating groups and wished they would get lives. However, in the middle of the tournament, I finally came to realize how pointless it was to grind constantly for a month, and considered that the folks on Codex actually had some common sense. I regretted joining Stealth. Because of them, I had wasted so much time. Time I could have devoted to hanging out with people or improving my art skills.

So after TY won AC8, I decided to become active on Neocodex and tried to get to know its members. After spending some time on here, I realized you guys aren't lowlifes. You guys are actually really cool and very nice! It wasn't until I've heard users’ stories about being unjustly frozen by TNT that I decided to be more involved in the Codex Community. I took some time to get to know the programs, and used the ones I was comfortable with (Mainly Array of Bytes and Scripts), and I enjoyed every minute of it. :)

I still have a long way to go to becoming less of a noob here on this site, but I feel like I’m getting there. :)

Now, here's what's been going on with me during this year's AC. You're going to have to bear with me on this, as it might raise some questions...

I am still on Stealth, and I have joined VP on my main account. However, this will be my last year with them, as I am tired of all the grinding.

As for Team Codex, I have joined the team. I have side accounts that joined HW for Team Codex (HW is also one of my personal favorite AC teams). Even though I first thought that joining both teams would be a double-edged sword, I would be getting shiny trophies on my accounts, regardless of who wins the cup.

If you’re worried that I leaked private information about the team, I can confirm with you that I have not leaked information (and I’m not that F-ing Neoleaks guy). It is against the rules here to leak private information, so I have kept Codex’s plans to myself. It was also against Stealth’s rules to leak information about the team, so I had kept their plans to myself as well. As of this day, I continue to keep both parties' information to myself. :shifty:

My plans for AC9 were to reach All Star on my account with VP, and then put the rest of my energy on HW. Well, I reached All Star on VP a few days ago, and I plan on only supporting you guys on HW from hereon out. Honestly, I’ll feel real good when we wipe the floor with VP. Grinding is such a waste of energy and time, Now that I've found you guys, I’ll finally get revenge on them for wasting so much of my time. :neocodex:

If you have any questions, I’ll try and answer them as best as I can. However, I will remain to keep Steath’s plans private until the winners of this year's AC are announced, then I’ll talk more about them if you are still interested.

So to basically sum this whole year up…

Well, that was my whole first year on Codex, and I hope to spend more time with you guys. You all are awesome and good people. I really mean it from the bottom of my heart.

End.

I find it STUPENDOUSLY amusing that two of the strongest supporting members of Team Codex are also a part of the two biggest legit ASG's.

I've been on SOTAC for a few years now. I honestly don't post in their forums anymore unless I need to. I never leaked any information from them because

1. It's pointless to leak information about a group that won't be a threat to Team Codex

2. I hate tearing up relationships no matter how small they are. In fact, SOTAC knowing that one of their members is from Team Codex probably strengthened their bonds by being more close knit than usual. And I like that.

Go Team Codex. Ruling the Neopia from the inside out.

I'm kind of curious to know who this person from Stealth is now.  It's funny because Stealth loathes Codex. XD
