It is 1am and I only have 2.5 hours left of work. After tonight, only 20 hours left of work till a four day weekend. Going to maybe purchase the rest of the hearthstone adventures that I don't have. Might be fun to beat over the next week.

So, I just wanted to release some stress. Basically my mother in law, as cliché as it sounds, is a nightmare currently. Not because she hates me or anything, but more because of her personality and actions. Hiding secrets for years and then unloading them on Christa and I only a month before the wedding.

 

Basically every time we try to help her family to get their way to the weddong, there is something wrong with the plan. The most recent problem has just taken us over the edge.

 

It goes like this...

 

We want then to go to the wedding.

 

They are poor.

 

We offer to pay for their room.

 

They say they can make it.

 

They have car problems.

 

I offered to pay to either fix it up or pay for a bus or a rental car to get them there.

 

Their car is so bad that it is worthless to put any money into. Also they don't have insurance.

 

So we offer to pay for a rental car.

 

They dont have a license.

 

So
... they have been fucking driving for YEARS without telling Christa.

 

She also can't get a license until 2025 because she hit someone and they then got hit with a charge of 4k to pay off the other persons car sue to not having insurance.

 

Then she goes and tries to get someone to drive then to the wedding. This person is untrustworthy and we know they wouldn't help by driving and staying for four days. Also we didn't even invite them.

 

So now we have to figure whether they can even come or not. They won't have money to pay for food during they stay anyways. Fucking nightmare.

 

End rant.

Portland has a homeless problem. I never really did much besides hand out granola bars to pan handlers and people whom I see are in need. Today I walked by a guy who was trying to sleep in an uncomfortable position, and he didn't have socks.

 

I decided to go to the dollar store and pick up enough stuff for ten care bags and pick up some backpacks from the thrift store. Backpacks are a huge commodity in need for homeless which allow them to actually keep some of their possessions.

 

Each bag contains

 

Couple pairs of socks
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Deodorant
Hand Sanitizer
Granola Bars

 

Each bag only cost $4.30, and will probably make those people much happier than the $4.30 would bring me.

 

I hope this inspires others to do more to help their community.

Alright so about a year ago I had my car insurance and it was renewed for one year on August 10th. I turned 25 on August 29th and so I could not update my car insurance until the next year which is now. My Car Insurance just went from $1700 all the way down to $1040 for the whole year. It kind of sucks that I turned 25 right after my car insurance renewed so I ended up paying an extra $700 this last year for Car Insurance just because my renewal date was 19 days before my birthday. At least now it is almost cut in half, YAY ME!

Sometimes I just don't feel happy. I feel like I am nowhere. I really dislike it about me. I come to work five days a week and feel like it is futile to do anything else because I wouldn't be able to survive as "well".

I am very excited but can't get my head around much more planning besides the venue, food, officiant, and decor. I need some cool ideas for decor currently, like mason jars with sand and sea shells in them with a candle. This is a wedding on the coast. Shoot some ideas my way if you have some interesting ones. Also... we don't have any idea on flowers. Fucking flowers.

I have begun to start taking care of my yard, and get some potted plants. I have a ton of weeding left to do but already put in maybe 6 hours of that alone. I quite enjoy it, which is odd but i get to have quiet time to myself.

Today, Christa and I ended up taking one of our cats to the humane society. We couldn't keep him after trying to get him to not attack our other cat. I will miss him dearly and hope that the next guardians of him will love him as much as I did.

I only smoked a bowl with my love.

Anyways, I think I'm just a little high. Very literal in the sense of 'little'.

That is because I went to the Trading Post on NP, and then forgot what I was supposed to look up, only 5 seconds later.

Yep.

So, lots of stuff has been changing in my life lately.

• Recently got a promotion to an Full Time position at the USPS.
• Moving from this crap apartment that has mold in November.
• Changing working areas for now.
• Playing a lot of Awesomenauts and Neopets.
• Teaching my Fiancee how to drive.
• Thinking of chucking my phone provider and getting a land line.
• Gotten my first item from the Cove. (Woot!)
• Began listening to classical, jazz, and blues. Aside from listening to stuff like Billy Talent, Memphis Mayfire, and others of the sort.

Just a small part of what is to come I guess.
