This here is a list of my Top Ten favorite films and television series! I warn you, some of these are unusual.
In no particular order they are-
Lets talk film.
I spent a good while avoiding ever seeing the film 'Pitch Perfect' because it had such great reviews (i know, 'whaaaat'?). I did a degree in music and am usually unimpressed with film that revolve around music. Choral music in particular is something i spent some time focusing on in my studies and I just couldn't handle watching a film that pretended it knew what it was doing. lol. It turns out I am just really arrogant about my knowledge of choral music etc. I loved Pitch Perfect a whole lot! It was so funny (Rebel Wilson anyone?) and the music was amazebeans.
'Willow' and 'Laws of Attraction' are two films i don't even remember watching for the first time. All i can remember is thinking "Must. Watch. Again.", then buying the DVD, watching them several times and forever since calling them my favorites... They are still my 'go to' films.
'Look Both Ways' is an Australian film (need I say more?). It is totally weird, and super awkward... I just love it. I may never know why! It has a really odd artsy spin on it that i have never seen before. I think it is cool... why not.
anyways...moving on...
Okay, TV time!
It would appear that i watch a lot of television. The truth factor is that i only started watching all of these shows well after they had aired their first few seasons on television.. then i would watch them online or buy the dvd case. I don't really watch TV. lol.
I don't have a whole lot to say about these guys because they are just plain awesome lol. 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S' and 'Chuck' cater to my modern comdey needs, while 'Bones' nicely suits my investigative adventure needs (if you can call it that). 'The Lucy Show', 'Mork and Mindy' and 'Soap' are much older and absolutely hilarious. I studied comedy for a little while and find these guys to be especially inspirational!! I have learned so much about comedy from these three shows. I have lot of respect for them and love them completely!
