I need to decide on a new half marathon to register for now that we are in Tennessee. Luckily the Nashville area hosts tons of races so they're not in short supply. I should probably do some 5k's before I do the half... Hmmmmm!
I'm sad that the competition is ending. I want it to keep going. I'm going to keep posting my progress here. I might get brave enough to post progress pictures eventually (probably after there is noticeable progress...)

I wouldn't worry too much about fitting in 5ks first, it's not like you're a brand new runner, you'll be back to doing that within days anyway! A half marathon is a step up distance wise and is actually something to train for and a goal to achieve so that you can maintain the motivation.
My knee is still a bit buggered so I am confined to the dreadmill.
