@MissToad Oh, I didnt know it was still Herbe de Provence in english. Where did you ate that lavender bagel? I'll pass by next time I'm in Montreal :3
I use honey & mayo base sauce for pretty much everything. Just add some spice depending of what you eat and presto, you have a delicious sauce. Add some kind of vinegar (Apple cider vinegar and Balsamic Vinegar are great for this) and you have a salad dressing. Since honey is organic (I mean organic chemistry, not organic food), it dissolve in mayo and make a creamy base sauce.

@InsertUsername I do not remember, there was a three day trip and I had instructions to pick up a bag of good bagels for my "father". There was much good food, cheese curds and fried potatoes. There were strawberries to color my hair red. Fried Cymblings, the last of corn meal fried, so many foods. It might have been Fairmont or St-Viateur. Or do as I have done, take a bagel and dip into a mixture of olive oil infused with lavender
