I don't get it. Is the only point of Advanced+ improved program access? If so, what a rubbish promotion. I felt more special as a regular member.

We could always just put him back. To me that felt like he is saying he feels worse now than he did before; so as staff i say we make him feel more comfortable and revoke his promotion.
