omg something suspicious is going on! why can't I log into my account, And for the first time my browser is saying 'neopets connection not secure' and then my firefox says: Logins entered on this page could be compromised!! wtf!!! what do I do and what is going on??

    I googled this issue and apparently neopet users have had this same issue in the past, and I have tried using a different IP and I never use a VPN, still no luck. I have premium too so this is bs

    If your username doesn't show up in the search bar it means you're frozen. You're only able to view userlookups if you're logged in so it would be best to ask someone you trust to check that for you. These days, Neopets won't notify you if you're frozen (it'll only say your password is bad or redirect you to the login page again). You're also still able to reset passwords even if you are frozen.
