Plus I wouldn't follow sarcasm up with a few good shots of JD #7 either. That guy needed to go a month ago but I went easy for the last month to give him a chance...I see why the restaurant he owned lasted a year. I've ran mine for 6 years now...last thing I need is a 40 yr old guy hitting on my staff who doesn't know that beef and poultry are stored under pork and fish...i don't need a 10k fine from the dept of health because this guy is an idiot.
