Community Status Updates

Bought 1.5bn from some guy on GTAV, He only gave me 550m and then stopped responding to my PMs. I issued a chargeback and he's suddenly super talkative. He made a complaint to the admins of another forum that I scammed him and that he should be partially compensated for what he has given me. I can't issue a partial chargeback asshat.
