@Kelvin mmm well currently using a XS, and i have no choice but to upgrade, my telco introduced strange leasing type plans here in aus, which I used to test out the XS, im at the end now where I can upgrade, however the new plans they brought in are now null and void, they didn't do very well, haha. So I have to upgrade and the choices I like are as mentioned...

@J03 Yea I had many tries at them. However everything before the X just ended up super boring within weeks.

Actually the iPhone XS I have currently is the phone that I've owned for the longest. (I used to swap phones a lot)

But I can upgrade for free each year.

Biggest issue is, is I have an Apple watch...

This always happens to me every time I go back into the gym. But, you're jumpstarting your muscles basically. You can do both but if you're not used to it you'll be walking bow legged for a day or two.The good news is that your body learns so fast and by the time you're done being sore you'll never get it as bad again even when you go hard
(at least that's how it works for me).
