Probably shouldn't have done 32 min on the stepper machine after doing a decent leg workout... I'll learn from this and probably do some rowing or something instead after leg days I think...

    This always happens to me every time I go back into the gym. But, you're jumpstarting your muscles basically. You can do both but if you're not used to it you'll be walking bow legged for a day or two.The good news is that your body learns so fast and by the time you're done being sore you'll never get it as bad again even when you go hard
    (at least that's how it works for me).
