I'm not sure , big items like that often get sold on cheating forums. For example Hikimaru here has (or had) a scary tree stamp. You could probably start a neo-board that says you are seeking ___ stamp as well.

I'd say forget about seeking these stamps on-site, you will have more lucky searching for it here. I have STS and I think I still have my Commander Garoo Stamp as well for example.
