Been trying to cancel membership on a frozen account for months and they wont even respond or anything to emails or tickets. any advice as to how i can prevent getting charged?

    Do you have another account? Transfer the membership to a new account and then cancel from there.

    Cancel the recurring payments via PayPal? Charge them back if need be.
