I've been having issues like that off and on. Sometimes restarting the computer fixes it and other times I had to reinstall the program manager. This being in a shop that generally stocks 1-2 items per stock and would just go blank for 6+ hours.

I think in general the neo servers are very laggy, but nice hearing that restarting worked for you :)
