I wonder if it would be possible to fake the neopets yahoo toolbar or if an old setup executable would work to have the Ice bori.

    From what I understand, no. The function that allowed you to unlock the ability to create one was server-side, and the creation tool was changed to a totally different area when the toolbar was retired.

    Woah, it just hit me that the ice bori event was 13 years ago. Feels like yesterday. There were so many back then that I didn't even think it was rare.
