Oh man, you have tons of competition for it then! Not gonna lie... it's gotta be sweet to get others to choose yours. I know there are a lot of active HP guilds that are established and active. Good luck! Don't give up!!!!

I already gave up lol My computer is acting out. Maybe I will just join a guild and not worry about all the specifics

Maybe find one that doesn't have all the council spots filled and see if you can fill it and use your ideas as bait for them to accept your council application!
