Spiderman actually has superpowers, but Batman's stuff is way cooler, so I'll go with Batman.

While Batman is pretty badass, there's no doubt in an "actual" fight that Spider-Man would win.
Besides enhanced physical traits, there's the Spider-Sense to warn him of incoming attacks from Batman.
Batman completely loses the element of surprise no matter how calm and calculating he could be.
Technology/weapons are useless anyways, if the Green Goblin couldn't stand a chance then Batman has nothing on Spidey.
Of course, this is just under the assumption of regular blue & red Spider-Man. If he has the alien/Venom symbiot then Bruce is as good as dead.
As would be with the powers of Cosmic...
Iron Man made him a metallic suit...
Or when he had other identities due to a bounty on his head thanks to a Norman Osbourn setup: Hornet, Prodigy, Dusk, and Ricochet.
If nothing else, Spider-Man's wit & smartass comments > Batman's brooding & grunting.
Yup, no matter what the form/costume Spider-Man will always have the one-up on Batman hands down.

batman beating superman is really nothing more than plot device..
honestly anyone who finds a chunk of kryptonite instantly beats superman.
however this is ignoring the fact that superman could just fly into space and use his telescopic/x -ray /heatvision and instantly melt his target...
or superman could push the earth into the sun.
the silver age superman is basically a god.
However as far as batman vs spiderman goes, well like i said batman only wins due to plot device, (batman killing darkseid for example)
if you just put them randomly into an empty room and they automatically start fighting each other for absolutely no reason. Spiderman would most likely win.

Spiderman. He is more nimble, and crafty and doesn't need to rely on silly tech to do anything constructive.

Well if he was fighting Superman I don't see how Batman could possibly win, but then again your argument poses a good statement. Superman is brown so he loses.
