Spiderman is a tragedy atractor.
He gets his uncle killed, it takes him a lot for conquering MJ, he have to kill his friends father and then his friend becomes his enemy, and the list continues...

Bruce Wayne had his parents murdered when he was a child. Batman had his back broken by Bane. He had his sidekick Jason Todd backstab him after he thought he had died. He was also backstabbed by his childhood friend (Hush). To top everything off Batman was "killed" by Darkseid's Omega ray and had to last the tortures of time before being resurrected.

But that made batman stronger.
Spiderman's tragedies only withered him :c

Batman is way better, gadgets, money, women and a super badass? What else do you need...

And yeah, those things just made him stronger...

Spiderman is just a dork in high school. Batman on the other hand.... Definition of BALLER.

We need a new match up!

Deadpool puts them all to shame.

Spiderman knows and respects vegetarianism.

Deadpool force feeds them steak.

Batman is the best superhero. All of the others were MADE into heros, but Batman BECAME one himself. He is the definition of bad.

That's funny you post wonder woman's picture. I thought it was kind of sad her only weapon is a lasso and her big tits.

Spiderman is a tragedy atractor.
He gets his uncle killed, it takes him a lot for conquering MJ, he have to kill his friends father and then his friend becomes his enemy, and the list continues...

... and don't forget he is broke. He is mother-fing poor. He also takes pictures of himself to make money... yeah I'm biased against spiderman because I hate spiders unless its a spider pig. That's
a different issue.

I don't like batman very much. If we're talking about high tech gadgets and whatnot the Green Arrow is pretty awesome.
I suppose given these choices, I'd have to go with spiderman, at least he's legitimately super.

From all the reasons you listed I'd be inclined to say Batman would be the victor here.

Batman, hands down. Despite the witty one-liners that Spider-Man spits out, I'm certain that Batman would come out victorious. He's had to put up with Mark Hammil for years, I'm pretty sure putting up with Spidey's shenanigans would be no problem.

Also, I'm pretty sure you all owe us an Apology Dance:

The Spider-armored spider-man would prove a better match for the Batman. But seriously in my mind it would only prolong the fight.

Giving Batman the victory...

Between "MY PARENTS ARE DEAAAAAAAAAD!" and Jay Pinkerton's Spiderman comic edits, I'd have to go with Spiderman.

However, my actual vote would be for Batman. :B

Cotton would cause serious chafing. Think before posting please.

and while Batman can sleep with any woman, Spiderman is stuck with his bitch.
