Since I've never downloaded a program from here, I'm not sure what your progs look like, but I would recommend having a disclai'mer on them. "Usage of these programs is for research purposes only and is in direct violation of the Terms of Service for www.neopets.com. The staff at neocodex accepts no responsibility for misuse of these programs" That'd work well, I think.

Just cover all your bases guys, basically, I wouldn't have any public convos whatsoever that have to do with neopets. Start doing some reverse ip lookups and find any that match with either neopets, or in Glendale...Look for people or view posts that are relevent to this current struggle. And for God's sake, copywright every I'mage you see.

Not a problem man, I'm pretty distressed that my IT director at school had to be contacted about this crap, and I don't want that to happen to anyone else...the disclai'mer should be on the prog and on the registration.

yeah ... thats up to the programmer...I hope neopets realizes that the copyrights to the program are owned by the programmer...its just that the programmer chooses to have them hosted by neocodex. and that neocodex holds no liability for any members' posts or anything they post here but the member that did post it does...
