Yesterday I didn't have no problem using own IP and today this Error appears out of no where
I tried PMing an administrator but I haven't gotten a reply
any idea what to do?

Wait for a mod to PM you back... it sounds like you are IP banned

But then wouldn't his "group" part show up as "Banned" ?

The mod just said
Your IP address must have been associated with an account that we banned. I'll have a look in a couple of hours.
I just hope they fix it soon this slow proxy is driving me nuts!
