I was able to grab 2000 more points from it but gave up after entering 20 used codes in a row. You can give it a try if you like

some of the codes it generates will be used but your success rate should be higher than entering random codes from the archive

Edit: Make that about $30 in theft. All the codes I haven't used got invalidated. ahahahahahahahaha feels bad man.

I've been watching the chatter for a few days now and most of the blogs that keep reporting that is sensationalist interpretation from a single statement Microsoft issued.

Major Nelson confirms Microsoft will do nothing if you only used the exploit for points but it does put your account under scrutiny for things like modding, cheating. All in all, the vast majority of people will get to keep their plunder
