How do I convert a picture form .rtf to .jpg?  I need to know.

    um, I would open up paint, then click "File", then "Save As." Change it to jpeg/jpg. that should work.

    Nope, that didnt work.  It's a Counter-Strike screenie.  I cant change it to anything.  What do I do?
