you mean do festival of neggs quest on sides?
neopets stand is no for anything that allows you to earn np/items are not allowed on sides.
and you will be getting items after collecting 4 eggs

then again. who cares if you use proxy ip ad =P

I would say if youre just collecting THIS third negg from the mall, that it SHOULD be ok to collect on sides as you dont gain any NP/NP item from it. TNT have said in the past that its perfectly fine to collect NC freebies on sides, so i dont see why it would change for this one.

As long as you dont collect the other neggs on your side, im sure it will be ok.
