I don't know if I'm allowed to do this but since the lenny answers were allowed to be posted, i figured that mystery pics for non-advance users may also be posted.

Answer is National Neopian Bank Shopkeeper (or Teller; the wording is a judgment call).
To check for yourself, rotate the mpic and find the spot in the top left of the image.

I would have, but I can't view that forum. I think most non-advanced members can't see it either. We get this error message:
"[#10333] We could not find the forum you were attempting to view."

This was discussed earlier in this thread as well. The original poster couldn't access the mystery pic forum, so he created this thread.

But I promise if/when I get access to the right forum, I'll post there. =)

I'm surprised that you couldn't view the thread, ElyBelly I'm obviously not an advanced member yet I am able to access the thread called called Mystery Picture Answers (Public). Maybe it has post restrictions like 100+ posts and up. I'm really confused as to what the requirements to fulfill in order to reach the public thread.

It must have some sort of restriction. Under "Mystery Picture/Lenny Conundrum Answers", I only see "Lenny Conundrum Answers". I can't even see the public or private MP threads. I know the link to the public MP thread has been posted, but when I click on it I get the same error over and over:
"[#10333] We could not find the forum you were attempting to view."

I'd also like to know what the threshhold is.
