Such a duped item miightt not be easy to find however, I think that was @jinq 's point.
Thooughh I suppose if you're really serious you could ask in the Trading Post forums, might increase your chances quite a bit~ ;P

I don't understand the TC forum. It's like everything is in some confusing code that I think I know but I might not know...

Talk about luck...wow. I think in my entire neo career I've probably spun that wheel 5 times...and all by accident by forgetting to untick it in my dailies list. The day they released it I thought it was crazy because they wanted 100k per spin. Even with pbs and an avatar and stats, it wasn't worth it in my eyes. But that's awesome you got the av in one spin.
