The standalone one is ridiculously out of date, and could not be updated anymore. Keeping it is kinda pointless.

You have premium. If you close the window and check again it should say your username. It worked fine for me when I had premium, just be sure to turn the in-site portal off.

There is no new version. The programs are downloaded independently as part of the program manager. The version you are working now has the new programs, and any updates.
