Well, I wish I'd seen this a month or so ago, before my main was Iced for SS'ering.. I just pleaded my heart out to them on the ticket, and will wait lol.

Thank you for this guide! I read it and then screenshotted most of my account info literally less than a week before my main was iced. I cannot tell you how much that came in handy - I was able to make a detailed list of exactly what NC items I'd purchased and when, everything in my closet, and info from my user look up. There was some stuff I was still missing like stocks and detailed gallery and SDB lists but not kidding I spent over three hours putting a ticket together (then had to do it all over again when the fucking support system glitched, gg tnt). I was careful in the explanation to be extremely professional and give reasons for why my account may have been iced by mistake (I legitimately don't know what it was exactly because the reason was really vague), so we'll see what happens...
tl;dr SCREENSHOT YOUR SHIT, just like the guide says. Saves so much trouble.

Bumping to bring this thread up to current guides. This is extremely useful especially considering all of the issues with so many accounts being iced recently.
