Ive done research and most people run its 6-8hours a day but in a pattern and same each day..

so like 12-2 ON 2-4 off 8-10 on everyday keeping same patterns

I think that's really dangerous though. Nobody will ever restock at exactly the same time of every day, and in the same pattern. For me, I just have one rule: Never AB over 3 hours, and rest at least 1hr30 in between. A pattern seems very mechanical, which is what normal restockers are not. Sometimes, I even restock for just 5 minutes, or take a 1 minute break, just to imitate a real person.

That's two rules.

But yeah, I agree with this. The scheduler comes across as robotic, even if you can set it differently for each day.

I AB on my main. However I am new to this so I can't say "I've been doing this for ages without a problem!" However my main has a few things going for it that make it seem less, y'know... blank-shell-auto-restocker. =P Which I think will work in my favor.

I do not AB for more than 2 hours at a time, generally no more than 4 hours/day, and I use ABrosia's noob-default-settings. Income is much slower this way than more aggressive RS settings, but that's a trade I'm willing to make.

I also do not particularly care if I get frozen. Probably time for me to get off this damned website anyway. xD

I only have my main account. I just set up with the scheduler to run for 1-2 hour intervals, at up to 6 hours a day. I've never had an account frozen doing this. And i make it believable times that I could be on for my time zone. it's just a matter of being careful.

I AB on my main but i have the noob settings, so its generally long refresh times, so i leave it on for like 6 hrs a day, usually when i do hw and whatnot. Been doing this for 4 months+, not been frozen.

I've made... probably 3m (and another 3m+ in goods waiting to sell) in the last 3 weeks? With very sporadic ABing. I don't AB every day (can't be bothered, mostly). And some days are far less successful than others. =)

If I were more dedicated I imagine it'd be easy to pull in 2m+/week even with noobie settings.

I get like 3 UBs a day and a lot of items that go for ~90k

Yeah it's stupid but I don't care if I get frozen.

I don't do anything outside of ABing, not even dailies.

I have a few R99 items

I just use the program on my side accounts, i dont dare use it on my main, as i'm really afraid of losing all my good stuff.

If i make significant purchases on my side, i would either put it in my shop and purchase it from my main (which serves as an item transfer and a fund transfer) or just gift it. So far keeping the gifts at 10 max a day seems to be doing alright. No problems so far.

I'm pretty sure that cheats have only a small impact on their profits, if at all.

Maybe a few kids rage about cheats and stop buying premium, but I can't imagine anything more.

Actually. I think cheats is what gets the biggest impact on profits. What person would actually sit at their computer for ages restocking/playing games just to get virtual money for a virtual pet site? I don't want to and I doubt most of the rich people on neo want to either. We'd much rather have a program running.

They're a big company, and it will reflect badly on them if they don't try to do anything about infestations of cheaters.
