Hi all,
I recently recovered my netbook using the F9 method,
and now I can't seem to detect my wireless internet anymore.
I've updated the wireless/WLAN drivers from the Asus website,
but nothing changed.
Direct connection works fine though, so I'm thinking that I'm missing a driver somewhere.
All the essential drivers are accounted for (I ran the recovery disc provided as an .iso to check)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. =]

Sometimes netbooks have a little icon you can right click on and it says "enable wireless" and the light for it should turn on if you have one.

i have an asus. i had some problems with the wirless before. there shuld be a button on ur computer somehwere that turns it on or off. if not, there shuld be a button on your computer.
sometimes it's just your companies problem. like comcast or att etc. you might need a reset.

Does your notebook have a Nvidia graphic? Like 8400M GS, if you do, google up "Nvidia Defect" and see if your notebook is on the list.
