Horse sounds like whore. The dude misheard horse and thought he said whore. So he brung in the trojan whores.

Wow, this brought back memories. o.e
My seven year old sister had a spelling test thing at school, and she wrote down 'wild whores' instead of 'wild horses.'
It was really funny at the time.
