I saw the topic donald is referencing as well. He claims to have gone through x amount of length to finally make the payment and that you could ask SL (?) to verify. The topic was closed before any real discussion became of it, though.

Dunno if he was telling the truth or not... (also, idc. )

I think that its a great idea though, i'm pretty annoyed with the spammers and the 1 worders who dont contribute at all to the community and the forums.

I just started buying subscriptions for members who deserve advance but can't obtain it any other way. Seems to work.
