This is yummy btw, My dad brought me back some Arequipe from Columbia, It takes like caramel but it's milk based. You can eat it out of the cup or put it on toast or pretty much anything.

It was the remains of my egg mixture I used. They had cinnamon and maple syrup in them. One bite was enough for me to know not to avoid being wasteful next time.
Ugh, I hate you. I've been craving French toast for days. My mom finally went grocery shopping yesterday, so I asked her to pick up some bread and she bought fucking rye.
Eh, I used sourdough and it came out fine.

If you can't tell, I'm from southern california. For the most part it's real mexican food, some of it has been californianized, but man, it's still sooooooooo delicious.
