1)Yes, but if its a side account linked to your main, it breaks TNT's policy on side accounts.

This is the same Neopoint Generator (Just worth a bit more np) and no, of course not. You've never been allowed to.

Yes, it is safe to use it every 24 hours. But the longer you wait, the better the guarantee that you will get the Neopoints.
