you said we can use the programs here on a site as long as we give props right? well since your the only one who has public downloads I would like to also offer your programs, I have a 5gb storage space,ftp, unli'mited ftp accounts and unli'mited pop3 e mails, plus some good programs for download (kazaa lite, microsoft visual basic 6.0, and more) maybe we could be partners or something, get back to me please

You would have to email an admin, They might not always say yes, just be sure to say that you will give credit, and you should be fine. Just keep in mind that they won't always say yes.
Also- RDD (Socom)is right, don't mention warez on the boards. They don't want anything like that in return for the progs.

What do you mean 5gb isn't enough? It's more than enough! When you think about it all we're hosting is <100 programs and an Invisionboard. It's bandwidth we need.
And as for the programs things that's a big no. If you mention illegally downloaded programs again I'll warn you, take this as an unofficial warn.
And people have brought up this idea before and everyti'me it has been rejected. If not Hydro can reopen this. Closed.

You may host our programs (public only) on YOUR OWN site if sufficient credit is given. You must also leave the URL of the website with one of the administrators.
We also reserve the right to ask you to remove them when needed.
