Help, I have been using private program and some other programs, now neopets wont let me login to my name, it says the password and the security thing is right, but it just keeps  going back into the login screen when I click something.


Is there something wrong with my internet explorer because it lets me login in under netscape !! wtf ?!

english please, well it says I tried to login too many ti'mes now try back in 59 min.... its not my ie kuz I restored all the settings back to default and restarted !

what I think he was trying to say was - clear out all your temp internet files, and cookies and if that doesn't work then try a full page refresh (by pressing Ctrl & F5) on the login page before trying again.

I agree with the first bit, and don't think the second bit will do anything (but anything's worth a try)

remember that some of the programs here are using Inet - by it's very nature (it's using the same controls as internet explorer) there can occasionally be some conflict, stopping the program and clearing your cookies usually helps.

as a side issue I would recommend Mozilla Firefox as a browser

Ok thanks for the support you guys are wonderful.  I think clearing out the things worked because I can log into my other accounts on IE

make sure cookies are enabled it under internet options.
