My old PC's still doing fine for me, fast and decent, but I want it faster now that all these new PCs are coming out. I also thought it'd be a good upgrade to something that can actually render quality videos from Adobe After Effects/Premiere, and it'd be a nice bonus if it could multitask applications.

It's 6GB RAM right from the get go so I'm thinking it's fine. What do you guys think? Total cost would be at $700 but it comes only with a default Intel HD graphics card. I like to play Civ 4/Civ 5 on this old PC of mine and I don't need super intense graphics like Crysis maxed out, but good-very decent quality would be fine with me.

My main goal is for it to render quality videos (doesn't have to be super HD godlike videos, but quality video that's around a level or 2 below HD would be expected), is it capable?
