There's nothing excatly really good per say.

Jellyneo has a list of basics, I guess the good things you can get are dubloons and map pieces.
Expect for that, the chests aren't even good if you don't buy NC >x<
The rest is some items that will deflate until this transition is over then they go back up. Guess that's a postivie? ^^;;

Ionno. With so many of these items being introduced, it'll be a long time before any of these go back to a fraction of their original price.
I'm hoping that the 1 dubloon coin deflates though.... A 1 dubloon having the same price as a 2 dubloon is silly

Agree with you, I got a book worth less than 2k. after a 10 dubloon coin yesterday, would have thought the item would have been something better.
