I'm getting an error box pop up when trying to launch the program manager. Says "See the logfile 'C:\...\pre_loader.exe.log' for details"
Going to the file I have:


Anyone else have this issue? Should I try reinstalling?

Can you please give me some more information?

Are you on Windows (xp/vista/seven) or Mac?
How many times did you try starting the program? (It could have been a temporary server issue, it might work the second time you start the program)

I'm not the original poster, but I'm having the same issue. More data can't hurt =P. I'm on windows 7, it's been persisting for about 25 minutes-ish now. I've reinstalled a few times but no luck =(, I've started it up numerous times but nothing so far (also gave my computer a quick restart just to make sure).

I'm on Windows 7. Have tried 4 times now, 3 times when it first happened, once more here an hour later. Worked fine yesterday for me.

windows 7, ive tried restarting the program 4 times now. worked fine yesterday, all day. just got up and went to start it and now i get this error everytime.

Is the browser Sycronization not working. I saw it so I clicked it for Google Chrome and it does not seem to to be working so I click do not detect click ok then open it again and it is enabled and I keep trying to turn it off but it don`t work.

Browser Sychronization does not work for the recent browsers, as they prefer to change how cookies are stored with every single update. We will change that soon.
