How can I appeal to Neopet to unfrozen my account?

did any1 get frozen and succeed get unfrozen?

I think i get iced because of using Neocodex programs

What programs were you using specifically?

It would probably help if you messaged them in your native language or get someone to write your appeal for you. Chances are slim even with that.

TNT is very strict, they also freeze my accounts which havent use program on, omfg

Yeah, sorry. There's not much you can do outside of appealing your case to them. I think there was a guide somewhere here about how to write a good appeal to tnt. Good luck rebuilding if you decide to do so.

Score sender is EXTREMELY dangerous to use(espicially if you just downloaded the programs that Neocodex provides). This is why I tend to keep the to the auto pyramids, kacheek seek, and cliffhanger. I can do cheat faster on my own time XD

I tried to get on today and saw all my accounts got frozen too. My best bit of advice would be don't even bother trying to appeal. The TNT gets a LOT of appeals every day. Also, stay away from the message board. If someone is in a foul mood and reports one of your messages for one reason or another, the TNT will auto-freeze your account, without even bothering to look at the message. They'll just tell you to get a new account as well.

It is against the Neopets ToS if you create side accounts to make neopoints. Don't believe me? Go to Wheel of Fortune in faerie land and read what it says.

Are you kidding? The terms and conditions are pretty clear on the use of multiple accounts. Even if you didn't actually see it written down in black and white, surely logic would kick in at some point and it would occur to you that making points on multiple accounts is against the rules.

All of those pages (wheels etc) that tell you not to play them on multiple accounts, the fact that there is a score limit each day etc all point towards the fact that it's 'illegal'.

Earning NP on multiple accounts is a freezable offence in itself, using programs might not have anything to do with it.

It's illegal to earn NPs on any account that isn't your main.

There are many things you have to get right when score sending. You have to choose a legitimate score and a proper wait time, then you have to make sure that score is possible in that time...
Earning NPs through score sending is NOT recommended.

You will not get unfrozen if you put that in your mail to them. Just sayin'

There are plenty of guides across this forum that should give enough insight as to how to work SS properly. I'm surprised people have been as generous as they have been in providing you the first links. If it were my advice, I'd not use SS at all, as there are better and safer ways to make money. But then again, the sooner you get discouraged at Neopets, the sooner we see one less of your kind about.

I know but he told me to get freeze, i believe a lot of pp got freeze from his guide
he should make a safe guide to help pp not to get then frozen
