Intro

(look out because this game can be very hard and prove to be very expensive if you lose too much)

Round 1: costs 150, gives 450 (5 hands)
Round 2: costs 500, gives 1500 (8 hands)
Round 3: costs 1000, gives 3000 (10 hands)
Round 4: costs 2500, gives 7500 (12 hands)
Round 5: costs 5000, gives 15000 (16 hands)
Round 6: costs 10000, gives 30000 (16 hands)

The strategy of round table poker is to hold, check, and bet at the right times throughout the game to proceed victorious. Canceling other peoples hands and using yours effectively will reward you with the win, and of course the bet amount bank. Watching opponents faces will help you but then again it really won’t. I wouldn’t rely on it, because some sad faces can quickly turn into an evil smirk. Just watch your hand and make your decisions as smart as possible. When you discard cards just remember if you have a terrible hand to get rid of the 3 lowest. If you have any double get rid of the lowest card or cards and keep the highest. Some rounds you will not win, it happens. But don’t give up because I have came from 800np in my till to winning with over 1500np in the end of the rounds. Just play smart, just like any other game like Cheat and GoGoGo.

Faces
You only need to worry about whether players are Happy, and at only two points in the game.

  • The first is right after you deal.
  • The second is after the last person discards, they all show faces at this time. ( Now you can see whether or not your opponents got what they wanted. The players who were Normal after dealing are the ones to watch for. If they turn Happy and they discarded three cards, then they have a two of a kind or better. If one turns Happy after discarding one card, it means they got their flush or straight.)
Ignore the players' expressions at all other times. A Happy player during either of these two times always has two pairs or better.

Also be sure to pay attention to the number of cards each player discards. You can tell what the players have by the amount of cards they discard.
  • If a player who was Happy after dealing discards one card, it means he has two pairs.
  • Discarding two cards means three of a kind and discarding none means four of a kind, flush, straight, or full house.
  • Players who were Normal after dealing usually discard three cards, meaning they have a pair or worse.
  • If they discard only one card it means they are going for a flush or straight.

Term Definitions
Type: Spades, Diamonds, Hearts, Clubs.
Bet High: Hit bet when it is your turn, whenever you are sure of a win.
Discard : After everyone has done their first round of betting, you will receive a chance to discard any cards you feel is throwing off your hand to receive a Straight Flush, Four of a Kind, Full House, Flush, Straight, Three of a Kind, Two Pair, One Pair, or High Card.

Watch your hand to check to see if you have any of the following:

Straight Flush
Example: 2-3-4-5-6 (all one type)
  • Bet high - this hand is unbeatable (unless they have a higher straight flush of course - but the chances of either you or your opponents getting this is nigh impossible).
  • Cancels: Four of a Kind, Full House, Flush, Straight, Three of a Kind, Two Pair, One Pair, High Card.

Four of a Kind
Example: 5-6-6-6-6
  • Instant Win unless someone else has a Straight Flush (Extraordinarily unlikely). Bet High.
  • Beats: Full House, Flush, Straight, Three Of A Kind, Two Pair, One Pair, High Card.

Full House
Example: 2-2-2-J-J
  • Full house is instant win as well. It is very difficult to receive a hand with a Three of a Kind and a Double Pair Combined! If you somehow pull this off bet as high as possible as it is virtually impossible to get 4 of a kind or a straight flush.
  • Beats: Flush, Straight, Three of A Kind, Two Pair, One Pair, High Card.

Flush
Example: 5-Q-A-8-K (Spades)
  • Your victory is pretty much garunteed. Flush is when you have all of one type of card: Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs. If you figure before you discard hands that you have lets say 3 Spades and 2 Diamonds, it is very unlikely that you will be given 2 more spades, so if you have any pairs. DONT try to go for the flush because it is extremely hard to get. if you do though, bet as much as possible. (once again unless the opponents smile twice, because this means that they probably have a straight or a full house, in which case you have a 50/50 chance of winning)
  • Beats: Straight, Three of A Kind, Two Pair, One Pair, High Card.

Straight
Example: 2-4-3-5-6
  • It is rare to lose to an opponent if you have a straight. (it does not have to be consecutive). So raise bet as much as possible if it’s a straight. A straight is 5 cards that can be read in card number order. Bet High unless opposition smiles both times.
  • Beats: Three of a Kind, Two Pair, One Pair, High Card.

Three of a Kind
Example: 6-K-K-7-K
  • Ok, If you receive this you are gifted with luck. And from the get-go as soon as you figured you have it. Raise the bet as high as possible because the chances of you losing are very slim to none. No matter what card number it is. Bet High.
  • Beats: Two Pair, One Pair, High Card.

Two Pair
Example: 6-Q-6-J-Q
  • Two Pair is probably the most common winning hand. and is relatively easy to get so if you have to high double and not for example a 2-3-4-3-2 (two 2′s, and two 3′s) then you’ve got a good chance of winning. bet (i wouldnt just pile the money in though). if you do have a high double then bet, but FOLD if the bet goes over one or two coins. Bet based on your decision of two pair you have received (Lower 2-2 or Higher A-A).
  • Beats: One Pair, High Card.

One Pair
Example: 6-K-K-3-2
  • Alright this is not a very good winning hand. If you notice any other player placing on high bets and not checking when the bet amount is zero, Then the chances of you winning are slim. But in this case a King is a very high one pair card. Seeing as Double Queen or anything lower would be beaten by it. If you have one pair, your best bet is to check until you can discard in which case discard three in order to try and get a trip of quad. if you do not get any more cards that help, your best and pretty much only bet is to fold, especially if your opponents smiled.
  • Beats: High Card.

High Card
Example: 9-2-4-7-8
  • This basically means that 9 is the highest card in your hand, this method WILL NOT ever grant a victory. The best method is to check until it is your turn to discard then discard the three lowest cards, in this case 2, 4 and 7. If you still return with nothing but a high card, FOLD as soon as a 20np bet or higher is made.

Trophies (the most important thing)

The gold, silver, and bronze trophies are given out to players with the largest amount of money earned in the 6th round. Aside from the three normal game trophies, there is also a runner-up medal that you receive after winning the 5th round.

and this is just copied and pasted from pinkpt.com isnt it? I really hope you asked for permission from the maker of the original guide to repost on a different forum (albeit a cheating one too).
