So if there are people who connect to my wireless dsl connection,

and they surf the internet, is their ip address same as my ip address?

let say my neighbors, connect to my wireless(wifi) and play neopet games

will their ip address same as mine?

and will TNT think that I play multiple accounts to get Nps?

Yes, if they use your wifi then they will have the same IP address.
Yes they will think that there are multiple accounts, but they'll probably think its just two people who play neopets...

It all depends on what each account does though, it might spark something you don't want.

Though, if it really is two separate people playing Neopets, you shouldn't have a problem, just don't go overboard and get frozen yourself, as it might get the other person frozen as well.

"Free" proxies tend to unreliable, slow, and possibly unsecure, but if you insist,

Logically, the staff wouldn't necessarily assume the "multiple accounts to get NP" logic unless you do something suspicious to get flagged. There is no way a human looks through all the records individually on a case-by-case basis.
