added in a new exception regarding vertical signatures in the competition. Feel free to try your hand at vertical signatures every now and then if you like. Please try not to make them a regular thing because it would make identifying the user who created the sig that much easier and we like to keep the competition fair and anonymous.

Amended a section of the rules regarding openly posting that you have entered the competition. It makes it more obvious who has entered and people can sometimes tell what users use in their signature styling. This creates a possibility for biased voting and we don't want that as we like to keep the competition as unbiased/fair as we can.
