So what do people think of the new Avatar?
I personally don't like it, especially the first part, but I do like how its animated.

I hate avatars that are too animated. Those kinds of avatars are difficult to make a font for, for me at least. I really enjoy avatars that look awesome yet are so basic like the Kadoatery *mew* avatar or as even as simple as the Grarrl Warrior Avatar

Well it's not bad, but it certainly isn't among my favorites, have to say though that all these latest avatars have been animated, and like Keil I don't particularly like them that much.

I don't like the avatar especially how it animated to 'appear' in the first part =_=

I'm not excatly liking it especially the first animated part :x it would look better with the animation and the trail to the x

The newest avatars are lame as hell far to much animation... I thought it should just have a "x" marks the spot with a Red "X" on the avatar... simple

Yeah, I don't like this one. It almost looks tacky. The little end part of with the x is nice, but the whole map thing is overkill. I still want to get it though.

Also you get the chance of getting draik eggs and other expensive items, so it's cool.

I never thought too much about whether these new animated avatars are overkill, but of course, now I'm convinced. They suck. I agree about the whole map thing with the Forgotten Shore one. I also get really irritated with the Governor's Mansion one-kind of the same deal.

Finally got it this week. It's ugly though. I'd never use it, but it's one more for my av count.

I don't like the avatar design either.
Mind you, I haven't liked ANY of the recent avatars neopets has released since... I don't know when.
The older, less animated ones were always appealing to me.

I haven't really paid attention to it since I don't have it as yet... (RAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE!!!!!) I think it reminds me of the Saving of Krawk Island one, from what I can recall.

For the recent avvies released, I do love the HT-Richer avatar with the little open sack of gold. It reminds me of St. Patty's

You're lucky, I'm using 6 accounts with the FS.
Haven't gotten the avatar nor any Draik Eggs / Magical Pirate Krawk Plushies (I do the AM too) on any of my accounts, and I've been doing this since it's release day
