which 2 shield would you go for if the opponent could have SOWL,Sword of Reif and SoS.

HNMS+Gshield= hole in fire icons
HNMS+FTab= hole in darkness icons.

i would still continue with gshield and ftab =/

The obvious choice is HNMS + RODN

oh yeah. that actually solves the problem about dark and fire issues and brings a new problem on a huge increase in cost =/

Scorchio for 2P. HNMS will hurt SoWL and GSword enough that you don't need to be a Pteri. Plus, if you are battling lots of people with them, carry a TRing or Shield of Soaring.

scorchio has... what? a 20% fire resistance? he can take a huge chunk out of that weapon.
also, dont forget about good ol' faerie abilities. utilize them properly and reif will be a piece of cake.
also, i loooove nox shield.

TNT likes to retire/make obsolete good BD weapons. I don't BD myself, but my BD-er friend bitches about it once in a while.

I already have one in my set, but I'm considering buying an extra one as investment just in case they decide to retire it in the future.
