[Splice]

Abrosia has been updated to fix a few issues and add in some interesting (and awesome!) features. I have outlined the changes below:

Added:
- A display has been added to indicate the number of items currently in the shop. This is refreshed each time the page is loaded.
- You can now set Abrosia to buy based on a profit percentage.
- Added OK, Clear and Cancel buttons to the shop legend.
- We have updated the shop legend to display how many Neocodex users are currently ABing in each shop.

Spoiler

- Advanced users can now use Profit, Shop ID and Time in conjunction with each other.
Example: For 10 minutes, AB in shop 67 looking for items over 3k. After 10 minutes have passed, AB in shop 21 for 25 minutes looking for items over 5k. After 25 minutes have passed, AB in shop 114 for 56 minutes looking for items over 1k.

Spoiler

Changed:
- The Attic timer now visits on proper attic times.
- The Attic timer in the bottom right now updates properly.

Fixed:
- Igloo ABer no longer buys un-tradable items.
- If a haggle is failed, we now state the failure.

We have a new program!
Tonight we are releasing a Bilge Dice auto player. Whipped up by Junior Programmer Calum, you can use this to play Bilge Dice for you.

Here are some of the settings and features:
- Ability to set custom times and stop limits on earned and lost amounts.
- Set your ante: 10, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000
- Ability to stop playing after getting the 'Lucky Streak' and 'Bilge Dice' avatars.

We debated doing this, however we decided against it because of a couple reasons:

- This was designed to avoid competition with other AB users.
- Its still more work for a regular member to change their lists depending on who is in what shop.

If anything, it will encourage more people to try for advanced membership.

Advanced really isn't hard to get, even if you refuse to shell out the subscription. A number of strong, good quality posts is going o get you noticed and nominated for advanced. Keep up the posting and you'll be there in no time.

By adding features like this, they act as just another incentive for members to fully contribute in order to fully reap the benefits

Yes, I'm definitely going for Advanced! It's going to take a while though, because the forums here aren't exactly the chattiest...

We average between 50 and 125 people at a time. The max I have seen is 171 people.

It says "Status: Playing" and I've received no error message, but it's not doing anything.

These figures are only the users of Abrosia at any given time. It cannot factor in the number of users of other ABing systems.

How many other AB programs are out there?

I was looking for a thread specifically for the program but I don't guess it exists yet. When playing bilge dice, what is prioritized in the program? Will it try to win 10 times in a row, or will it do like the GM script and try to get 24 every time, or does it try to maximize winnings?

I am running it and giving it a shot regardless, just was curious as to how it functioned!

iargue and I...well, argued (not really haha) over the design of the checkboxes in the shop legend. What can I say, I like eye-candy with functionality. Number of users per shop is definitely my favorite feature, I like the pretty colors and it's informative enough.

you say that attic goes to designated times...well i had it running for 3 hours and i have recently been watching the tpending times..and the aber is not even refreshing in the attic

I've been running Abrosia for a while, too, and I'm not even getting missed messages from the Attic, which is kinda weird. :L
edit to clarify: because I usually have a whole ton of them after a few hours. xD

I love the "how many users in this shop" counter though! really useful for picking a shop to minimise missed messages.
