I'm not sure which episode it was in, but during a game of Weird Newscasters Colin said, "Today, well-known mob hitman Johnny Two-Shoes admitted that he was once hired to kill a cow in a rice field using only two small porcelain figurines. Police reports indicate that this is the only known incident of a Knick-Knack Paddy Whack."

I think it would be very difficult to pick out a specific joke, since all of it is Improv. If I could state my favourite skit it would have to be something from Scenes from a Hat though. As much as I enjoy the songs (such as Irish Drinking song) i rarely find them funny; I can appreciate how difficult it is, but I rarely laugh during.

I always love the OLDER Sound FX skits.

Not the ones where they get audience members to do the sounds. The ones where it's just Ryan, Collin, and a shit-ton of hilarity.

Best one has to be when Collin was an ambulance driver. I nearly pee myself laughing every time I watch it

I love the two of the greatest hits songs. Not that they're hilarious...they're just really good.

It was probably during Scenes From a Hat, because I remember it being part of a category called something like 'terrible songs to serenade her with'.

Colin steps up, and begins miming playing a banjo:
o/` Ohhh you seem real easy and willing to put out so
Roll in the cream cheese
Roll in the cream cheese o/`

It was with the biggest dopey smile he could do, too. Heehee.
