You could try Timeriffic, it works on time schedules rather than location though.

sida thanks for the link but apparently unless i have version 1.7 or a way to block the update it'll keep annoying me with the "install update" message

decided to go with tasker. it IS pretty sick little more difficult to customize but definitely more power
