So I'm new to the forum. Anyway, starting yesterday, I wanted to see whether scratching the maximum alotted 5 Race to Riches scratchcards (found in Happy Valley) is worth it, and by how much. This is my data so far:

Race to Riches Scratchcard
Number bought: 10
Cost per card: 605
Won 10k: 1
Won 5k: 1
Won 2.5k: 2
Expectation: 2000
Net per card: 1395
Net total: 13950
Net per day: 6975

I did not include plushies or snowballs because honestly, who has time to sell them for 5NP.
I put the cost of the cards at 605 as you can buy one for 600 from the Kiosk and then get 4 more from Shop Wizard anywhere from slightly under 600 to 610 NP easily.
As you can see, so far, the "daily" of 5 max per day is good for a whole 7k NP profit. This is a small sample size but the results are encouraging. Over a long period of time (1 month+) we will be able to see what the expectation and profit comes out to.

The format was messed up, I tried to copy paste from Excel. I semi-fixed it now although it's not as nice a table as I want. I'll update it as I get more data.

Man, when did they implement that stupid 5 card limit? I remember these things were perpetually at 900 np, now they are the same price as from the kiosk. (or lower in the case of haunted scratchcards)

I tried doing this for about a week and a bit before. I think I managed to get 2 weeks worth of info and I only found out that it was in fact, not profitable. Once i get home i'll see if i can find my old excel sheet and post the results.

One thing that I did that might be different then yours is that I always picked the 6 circles on the left, to standardize the test. I didn't want luck of picking to be a factor. It would be neat if we had a bunch of people do different selections over and over so that we could find out if certain circles give you a better chance of winning something.

Rotting riches give a chance at 10k unlike the cheapest haunted woods and only rotting riches or pustravaganza gives the icon for a chance at Mskull.

TNT confirmed ALL haunted woods cards can give Mskull. Its just less likely for lower cards.

This is interesting. I sort of always assumed that it was a waste, so I didn't buy Scratchcards after I got the avatar. Knowing that I can actually break even over time if I keep buying from the Kiosk, and possibly get a nice card from her... Thanks for the info!

Edit: I totally put junk daily items in my shop for 1 NP. Sometimes it takes awhile for them to sell, I don't really notice, but why not get the NP, right? Mind...my shop is big enough that I don't need the space for anything else.
